Below is a guide to our order process, outlining everything from what to expect after your purchase to when your order will arrive, as well as answering some common questions.

For custom signage not listed on our website – at least 7 weeks before your event. This ensures there is enough time for delivery and production without added extra stress. If you need your sign quickly, please let us know, we can upgrade the shipping to express.
For custom signs, we’ll send you a link to purchase from. When you place your order with us, we’ll send a digital proof to your email within 24-48 hours for approval. Please keep an eye out as the later you approve, it can cause delays.
Once you’ve approved your proof, we’ll begin production.
Production times vary depending on your order but typically take 1–2 weeks.
Once your order is ready, we’ll carefully pack it and ship it via Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
If you’re picking up from our North Lakes studio, we’ll send you a text message as soon as your order is ready!
Absolutely! If the font is paid, there may be an additional fee if I don’t already own it.

In addition to custom orders, we can use your fonts on any item in our store.
Our laser and UV printing machine can accommodate a maximum size of 900mm x 600mm.
For larger signs, we can piece together acrylic text to achieve your desired size. Let us know your requirements, and we’ll find the best solution!
